If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can always bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. If you are not a consumer (for example, a business, a shop or a reseller), both parties submit to the courts of Valencia, Spain.

Before any of that, write to us. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, so if we cannot reach an agreement a consumer in the EU can contact the European Consumer Centre of their country.
