Yes. Our checkout runs on Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. All payment data is encrypted (SSL/TLS) and we never see or store your card details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna and several local methods including Bancontact, BLIK, iDEAL and Wero.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, we restock it as soon as we can. If a product is permanently discontinued, we remove it from the store. You can contact us anytime to check restock dates on a specific item.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it after a few minutes, contact us with your name and the email you used to order, and we'll resend it right away.

We ship worldwide to over 50 countries, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, all of Europe and many more. If your country isn't showing at checkout, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Standard delivery worldwide is 10 to 20 business days from the moment your order is dispatched. Times may vary slightly during sales events, holidays or due to customs processing in some countries.

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it in real time.

Free shipping worldwide on all orders over 100 € / $110.

For orders below that threshold, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your destination. You'll always see the exact amount before paying. No surprises later.

Yes. Every order ships in a plain unbranded box with no Safe Stash logo or product description on the outside. Nobody (not your neighbours, not the courier) can tell what's inside.

For orders within the European Union there are no additional taxes. The price you see at checkout is final.

For orders outside the EU (United States, Canada, Australia, UK, etc.), local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's rules. These are paid by the customer and are not included in the order total.

Yes. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to start a return. The item must be unused and in its original condition with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send you the instructions.

Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in good condition, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. You'll get a confirmation email.

The money usually appears in your account within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

We're sorry about that. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll cancel or update it. Once shipped, an order can't be cancelled but you can still return it within 30 days of delivery.

Anything small and valuable: cash, jewellery, spare keys, USB drives, important documents, passports, memory cards. The exact capacity depends on the product. Check the description of each item for internal dimensions.

Yes, when used smartly. The trick is placing the safe somewhere it makes sense visually: a fake Coca-Cola can goes in the kitchen or fridge, a fake fire extinguisher in the garage. Keep it dry and clean it with a soft cloth if it gets dusty. Don't expose it to extreme heat, water or sunlight unless the product description says it's outdoor-rated. For products that mimic food items (cans, jars), don't actually store food inside. They're not food-grade containers.

Yes. In addition to our online store, SAFE STASH has a physical shop in Benimaclet, Valencia, at Carrer del Doctor Vicent Zaragoza 9, ground floor left. You can visit us to see a selection of our diversion safes and receive personal advice. See the location and reviews on Google Maps.

We are open Monday to Wednesday from 17:00 to 21:00, and Thursday to Saturday from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 17:00 to 21:00. We are closed on Sundays.

Yes, you can see a selection of products and get advice in person. If you are interested in a particular model, contact us before visiting so we can confirm that it is available in the shop.

Choose a model that naturally belongs in the room where you will place it and has enough interior space for the items you want to hide. Kitchen containers work well among pantry products, bathroom models among personal-care items, and tool or car models in garages and vehicles. Check the internal measurements on each product page before ordering.

No. A diversion safe protects through concealment: it looks like an ordinary object and keeps small valuables out of sight. It is not a certified burglary-resistant or fire-resistant safe unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. For higher-value items, it can complement—but should not replace—appropriate physical security.
