No. Safe Stash products are decorative containers with a hidden compartment. They work by being invisible, not by being impenetrable, and they offer no protection against fire, water or forced entry. If you need that, use a certified safe and keep the Safe Stash for everything else.

We ship to more than 50 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. The carrier, cost and delivery estimate for your country are shown automatically at checkout once you enter your address.

Standard shipping is 8,90€ and it is free on every order over 100€. Prices and shipping are shown in your own currency across the site, and the exact amount appears at checkout before you pay.

Most Safe Stash objects are made by hand, one at a time, after you order them, so preparation takes around one week (1 to 7 working days depending on the product).

Once the parcel is dispatched, delivery takes around one week in Europe (5 to 15 working days) and around two weeks for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia (10 to 20 working days). Counting the workshop, a typical order lands in about two weeks inside Europe and about three outside it. Every shipment carries a tracking number and we email you the link.

Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box. There is no Safe Stash logo, no product name and no description of the contents visible from the outside.

Inside the European Union there are no additional charges. For destinations outside the EU, any import duty or local tax is set by your country's customs authority and is payable by the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, weather or the carrier.

Credit and debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the local methods available in your country. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection.

The charge appears under our company name, HIGH HIDING, SL, not under the product name.

Volume discounts (5% from 2 units, 10% from 3, 15% from 4 or more) apply automatically in the cart. Promotional codes cannot be combined with volume discounts: the cart applies whichever is better for you.

Yes, within 15 days of receiving your order. Write to us first at info@safe-stash.com and we will send you the return address: parcels sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, and you need proof of purchase. There is no collection service: you send the parcel back yourself and cover the return postage when the return is a change of mind. Once it arrives and has been checked, we refund you.

Yes. An exchange works the same way as a return: you send the original back first and, once it arrives and has been checked, we ship the replacement to you. We do not send the new item before receiving the old one.

Write to us first so we can confirm the replacement is available and give you the return address.

Once the return is approved, the money goes back to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the box. If it arrived damaged, defective or it is not what you ordered, we cover the return and the replacement in full, in any country. You choose: a replacement or a refund.

All products carry the legal warranty against manufacturing defects that applies where the purchase was made. It covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear or misuse.
