- It leaves Spain, it arrives with your own postal service. The parcel starts its journey with Correos and is handed over to the carrier in your country. The same number keeps working the whole way.
- Tracking starts when it ships, not when you order. Most objects are built by hand once the order comes in, so allow about a week in the workshop before the first movement appears here.
- Nothing on the outside. Plain, unbranded box, with no product name anywhere on the label.
